You will only be prompted to provide login credentials if you are running the “iTWO costX Client”, instead, you should be running the “iTWO costX (Standalone)”. Make sure you select CostX (Standalone) from the installation location to run the program.

Please can you try reinstalling iTWO costX (the same version) over the top of your current installation (without uninstalling anything) this should hopefully add the services back on the machine.

Regarding your question, you can use negative dimension to measure door opens and window opens. They can press F1 in CostX, search for negative dimension.Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, you can’t keep the database once the license is expired.
