  Hello
  
  I recently renewed the education license for CostX,
  
  I have completed the download using the new serial number. payment made and installation is also fine.
  
  but when I try to start the programmne, a new error message appears while the last one didnt.
  
  ” the following service that iTWO costX requires are not running: CostX Auth , Costx Core”
  
  I tried to follow the FAQ to start them manually in Service App, it didn’t work.
  
  I wonder did i down load the wrong version, or is there something i missed.

  Thank you for your message.
  
  Please can you try reinstalling iTWO costX (the same version) over the top of your current installation (without uninstalling anything) this should hopefully add the services back on the machine.
