Thank you for your reply.
Per our record, we’ve replied to your email on 8th September. Please check your inbox and spam folder from your academic address.
Also, your current license remains one more reactivation, which hasn’t been expired. Hence, that’s the reason why you’re unable to apply for a new license from https://education.itwocostx.com/verification/. You can simply re-activate your current license on your new computer.
Hope this helps.

RIB CostXModeratorHi James,
Thank you for your post.
This error is most commonly due to an installation error where you may have run the “Network” option instead of “Standalone / Educational (Run with a local standalone database)”. Firstly, completely uninstall iTWO costX from your current computer, including selecting ‘No’ when asked if you wish to keep the database. Then reinstall iTWO costX with the “Standalone / Educational (Run with a local standalone database)” option, which appears during the installation process.
Please you could refer to our Student FAQ as it will help to answer some of your questions. https://education.itwocostx.com/support/forum/student-faq/
Hope this helps!

RIB CostXModeratorHi James,
Thank you for your post.
Please make sure you run your Educational licence in Standalone mode (click Windows button -> run CostX using CostX (Standalone) shortcut.) Then it should resolve your issue.
Hope this helps!
