      Hi, I just revice my  serial number and download it. But i cant open it, it said my educational license is no longer valid to use this version of CostX

      Hi,

      You may have a previous licence on the software that it is reading. Please can you follow the steps listed above and try to activate your current licence.

      Hi admin,

      I try these steps many times and still not working. And that was my first time apply the licence and download. I did check my eamil and no previous license was found

      Hi,

      I am having a similar situation with my educational license which expires until the 31st of December 2021, and I am getting the same message as seen below:

      serial number

      License

      Can you please tell me how to fix this issue?
