General Discussion Unable to Connect to iTWO costx server

      Upon launching the program, I am met with this message. I have tried allowing the following TCP ports to go through the firewall settings, however, this did not work. Any help would be appreciated!

      Hi James,

      Thank you for your post.

      Please make sure you run your Educational licence in Standalone mode (click Windows button -> run CostX using CostX (Standalone) shortcut.) Then it should resolve your issue.

      I have tried this as well, in addition to the manual activation method. 

      I was met with this message both times!
