    Hi moderator. i met a similar problem showing :E3D failed to initialise: EAccessViolation: Access violation at address 0000000000000000 in module ‘CostX.exe’. Execution of address 0000000000000000. Please help me

    I met a same problem, and i ever inputted the serial number into my two computers to activate license bofore prompted this, after that i tried to uninstalled costx on both computers, and only installed it on my laptop, but i got another new problem that i was told i can not re-activate my license…

    Hello, Moderator. I inputted my serial number into both of my computers to activate license, then i can not use neither of them anymore, could you help me to solve the problem？ my student email for buying that serial number is : LIJ69@student.op.ac.nz. You can send me eamil to ask for my serial number to have a check

    I need to re-activate my license of my serial number i purchased beforehand, because i am gonna use costx for my assignment next week, i will show my serial number on my email: LIJ69@student.op.ac.nz

    If it was not available, please let me to purchase one more serial number, please.

    I need to use costx urgently, hopefully someone would reply to me as soon as possible because i have been waiting for response since Monday.
