Updating Rates

I’m looking for a way to quickly switch between rate libraries. Essentially, I’d like to be able to have date based rate libraries and be able to switch between them and see an updated cost based on current pricing while still being able to change easily back to the old rate library without having to go into each individual formula and change the rate library its pulling from.

E.g. I’d like to have a rate library dated 01/01/2019 and then get updated pricing in a new library say 01/01/2020 and be able to load up the 01/01/2020 library and use it by simply clicking a button and then switch all rates back to the 01/01/2019 library the same simple way.

Is there a way to do this?
