ParticipantMorning,
Two days ago I found that I could not enter rate when I was making an exercise in terms of workbook, so I thought the system was unstable on my lab and a re-installation might help.
However, I found that I couldn’t install the Edu-license code couldn’t activate the exe for a second time. So I wrote a mail via my student mail address and I havn’t got a reply yet.
Would you please help me out?

ModeratorHi Wiebitte,
The internal error haspdinst_64.exe if for a Portable dongle and doesn’t apply for Educational version. It is safe to ignore this error as it will not be affect the running of the Educational version.
