General Discussion Unexpected Expiry Date *HELP!*

      Hello CostX team,

      My email address is v2.ma@connect.qut.edu.au. I’ve just purchased Education Licence 11/10/2023 and thought it would be valid until 31/12/2024. However the licence expires 31/12/2023. I have been enrolled for 2024’s subjects. I haven’t had a chance to use the software because of exams. Could you help with this please?

      By default, all licenses are set to expire on the 30th DEC for institutes based in the Southern hemisphere. The year of expiration is relative to the when you submitted the application.

      For example, if you are based in the Southern hemisphere and you applied for a license in December 2023 or April 2024, in both cases your license will expire 30th DEC 2024. When your license has expired, you can simply reapply again at https://education.itwocostx.com/support/forum/educational-request/ assuming that you are still enrolled as a student.
