  When I try to create a new building, the project bar is empty, and no properties can be selected. It’s the same the Building Type.

  Thanks for posting on the forum.
  
  You would first need to add a project in system administration for the drop-down to appear.
  
  If you are unsure of how to do this, please could you contact education@rib-software.com.
