  Hello,
  
  when trying to open iTWO costX it comes up with an error message
  “the code execution cannot proceed because libxml2 was not found” and suggests reinstalling the program.
  
  when trying to uninstall using the “uninstall icost” icon an error message comes up “failed to uninstall…please contact seller”.
  
  I require some help please
