General Discussion Unable to open CostX

      Hi Administrator, this error message pops up every time when I am trying to open CostX.
      CostX error message
      I tried to solve the problem by clicking the “Start Service” buttons of the two mentioned services and closing the anti-virus software, but neither of these methods works for me. Please help!

      Hi there,

      Thanks for posting on the student forum.

      Could you please try to run the installation as an administrator? And also check if all the latest visual runtime installed from our latest update?

      You may also try starting the services manually to see if it starts running.
