  I tried to update my costX as i just renewed my licence but i am getting the error message “Educational License cannot be upgraded”
  
  Any help would be much appreciated,

  Yes, the educational license cannot be upgraded. If you would like to use version 6.8, please apply for a new license on this web: https://education.itwocostx.com/support/forum/educational-request/
