Activation & Licensing Serial Number not registered

      Upon first use of the software, I got the error message – Activation failed: Serial Number not registered. Do I need to re-apply for a new license?

      Yes, you will most likely need to apply for a new serial license with your academic email here:

      In the meantime, could you kindly send a screenshot of the error you encountered to me at so that I can take a better look?
