  I have bought a new laptop and I want to re-install costx programme into it.
  
  Could you please explain how to install it with same serial number?
  
  or to get a new serial number for new computer?

  Thank you for posting on the student forum.
  
  An educational serial can only ever be activated once, on one computer. Simply apply for a new serial at the following link – https://education.itwocostx.com/support/forum/educational-request/, then run CostX again with your new serial.
