General Discussion Re-activation issue

      Hi Team costX,

      For some reason I am unable to start new topic under “Activation & Licensing”, so I post in here.

      I recently switch to a new computer and I reinstalled costX on it.
      However, a message of “Activation failed:License cannot be re-activated, please contact your distrubutor.
      Serial Number:498E-****-****-****”

      I have tried to applied agina and it did not work, as it says

      “Your email address is already registered to an active educational license so you cannot apply again until after it expires. Please check your inbox for details of your existing license, or contact us at if you cannot find your license information.”

      After receiving help from the costX team, the issue is now resolved.
