  Hello CostX team,
  
  My email address is hta1@student.unimelb.edu.au. I’ve just purchased Education Licence today 9/12/2023 and thought it would be valid until 31/12/2024. However the licence expires 31/12/2023. I have been enrolled for 2024’s subjects. Could you help with this please?

  We have increased the expiration on your license to 31/12/2024.
  
  Please be aware that you will need to completely uninstall and remove CostX database (be sure to export anything you need) On a fresh install you can use the serial number provided when you purchased. the expiration will be 31/12/2024 on the new activation.
