  Hi,
  
  Just have a question of installing. When I tried to installed the software, it tells me that I do not have microsoft visual c++2015. But after I installed the 2015 version, the programme still tells me that I do not have microsoft visual c++2015. Just wonder if you could help me with installing? or tell me why? I have already restarted my computer and it does not help.

  Could you please make sure your windows update is up-to-date. Also, can you click windows button, type “system information” and click to run it. In System Information dialog, click File -> Export and save it. Then send the file to education@rib-software.com for further investigation.
