  Hi,
  
  Anyone can help me to advise how to do?
  
  I bough new serial number after my costx educational software expired.
  
  Before installation, I’ve done “uninstalled for old expiry one”. Then I try to install and open. At that time I saw a message box “Your software expiry” same like last time. I really confused and also don’t know how to proceed.

  According to the system, the new serial number should not expire until 29 Jun 2023. Kindly please ensure you have insert the new serial number.
