  I am working on CostX 6.5 and I cannot export in excel the dimension.
  
  I have imported my model followed the instruction than in the Dimension menu I “imported using BIM template”where I chose “BIM Import Revit by QSID or ELEMENT CODE (grouped by 2nd Level of Model Tree).xslt”, and the excel export icon is still not available.

  Thanks for your question!
  
  In fact, since you are using the CostX educational license, there are no exports to any external formats such as Excel and CSV. Please see below and read the restrictions of educational license.
