General Discussion Error code 1558 setup was unable to creat the database

      Dear Administrator,During the installation process, I encountered the following problems.

      I tried to delete the exact folder from: C: / / programdata / exact, but I still couldn’t solve them. Could you  please give me a solution?

      And pls solve my problem asap, my assignment is due at this weekend, i just got the serial number last night, just encounter this problem today.

          Hi there,

          Thank you for your post.

          Please could you try the following:

          1) Ensure all Microsoft Updates have been installed.

          2) Any antivirus installed (other than Microsoft Defender) may need to be stopped or removed (if free).

          3) Use the right click on the installer file and use “Run as Administrator” for the install.

            Hi Administrator,

            I am having the same issue and I have tried the steps you mentioned above still pop up the same error message.

            What Can I do to resolve this problem?
