      Hi,

      I tried to generate the report but when i clicked the Reports button, it shows “Picture Error 1”. When i got the select the reports format it shows “Picture Error 2” which both are access violation errors.

      Any solution to this error I’m currently occuring.

      Do you mind checking if the windows update below has been was installed on your device? The update below should solve the issue:
