General Discussion Could not convert variant (unicode)

      I am getting an error after uninstalling & getting a new licence saying

      “could not convert variant type (unicodeString) into type (data)”

      I was getting an error prior which I saw on the thread about updating the drive which I did & I think has resolved that issue, but now the above error is showing.

      What is your recommended actions of rectification?
