  Hey, i am not able to install costX in my laptop as it shows some kind of error that it needs the permission from the administrator but it is locked in my laptop. please let me know the way i can install it.

  Thank you for posting on the CostX Student Forum.
  
  Based on the error message it seems you may not have admin privileges to install CostX on your laptop.
  
  Please check with your IT team to check if they have an admin account. If you are not an admin customer, you will need to be added as an administrator on your laptop, or your IT team can install for you using their admin privileges.
