  I applied for costX6.8 license and was granted access and have downloaded it a few weeks ago.
  
  However, my lecturer has expressed that it was the wrong version and I require to apply for a new license for CostX 6.9. But I am not able to apply for a new license using my university email?
  
  Can I please get some help to resolve this?
