  My old version 7.0 Costx was expired. So I buy a new version. I already uninstall the old version before downloading the new version. But when I open the new Costx, It shows the information ” This database is from an older version of iTWO costx, It needs to be urgraded before used with this version of iTWO costx. would you like to upgrade it now?”
  
  But it cannot be upgraded when I click yes
