      Hi since my previous laptop broke i need re-install the costX software in the new laptop can you please send me an activation key as the tutorial starts on next Monday?. Also, i couldn’t uninstall the software in the old laptop

      We issued you a serial number for the standalone license previously but every serial number can only be activated for once. Therefore, you need to apply for a new one if you want to get re-install it. (Please enter in this web:
