General Discussion Unable to open costx

      I have an education license which is available until December, and used to use costx before. However, this semester when I try to open costx, it always shows a window  and unable to be used.The windows says that the services which costx requires are not operated. Costx Databases, Costx Auth, costx core.
      I think I need some technical support.

      Thank you for your post.

      Please try to run the installer again without uninstalling your current iTWO costX, and this issue should be resolved.

        I did as suggested, and it gets worse. My costx showed inactived!  But I have got a license. So what should I do?

          Hi Yingjie,

          Thank you for your post.

          We’ve updated your current license, and you should be able to activate it with your serial number again.
