General Discussion Activation Failed

      Good Evening,

      I had an issue when I initially downloaded this software for my course – it saved to an external hard drive which ran out of space. I tried to uninstall the programme, redownload and install it but all I get is this error message:

      What can I do to get this working? The course starts next week.

      Hi Ben,

      Thank you for your post.

      Please note that an educational serial can only ever be activated once, on one computer.

      To obtain a new serial no., simply apply at the following link with your academic email – https://education.itwocostx.com/support/forum/educational-request/ – then run CostX again with your new serial.

      How could I reactivate my email with same academic email since the email address I applied for before cannot apply for a new serial number.
