  Hello,
  
  I am a student from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. I purchased a student license on 06 April 2025; however, I have noticed that the license expired on 30 June 2025, which is less than three months from the date of purchase.
  
  According to your website and the terms of the agreement, the student license is valid for one year. Therefore, I kindly request you to review this matter and extend my license validity until 06 April 2026, as originally agreed.
