Activation & Licensing Failed to install CostX 6.9 (Error 1557)

      When I am installing the CostX 6.9, it pops out the window box saying that:

      “Setup was unable to upgrade the database cluster successfully.

      Please ensure you have administrator permissions and try installing again. If the problem continues, please contact your reseller or supplier for assistance and provide the detailed error message below.

       

      I have been stucking here for the installation. Any help would be much appreciated,

      Hi Min,

      Thanks for posting on the forum.

      Please could you try the following:

      1) Ensure all Microsoft Updates have been installed.

      2) Any antivirus installed (other then Microsoft Defender) may need to be stopped or removed (if free).

      3) Use the right click on the installer file and use “Run as Administrator” for the install.
