      Hello there,

      I have applied for educational licence renewal on 3rd Jan, since the licence expired on 31st Dec. I am aware that it takes up to 5 days for the new licence to be emailed and I’m still waiting for one.

      Is there any possibility to get the renewal licence obtained as soon as practical since I am in the middle of 2 assignment deadlines and cannot proceed without the costx.

      Thanks for posting on the forum.

      Yes, the approvals may take up to 5 working days but we’ve taken your situation into account. We have just gone ahead and approved your request.

      You should have received an automated email containing your serial no. and installation instructions.

      Thank you for the prompt response.

      I did receive the email licence, – 3 in fact as I did submit the request 3 times wondering whether my details weren’t correct. Hope that won’t be an issue. I will apply the latest one this afternoon hopefully it will work.
