Activation & Licensing Activation failed

      Hi,

      After I entered the activation code and the programs in unresponsive which force me to close the program. I try to activate again but I received an error message of:

      ‘Activation failed: License cannot be re-activated, please contact your distributor. Serial Number: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

      Do you have any solution to fix this program or should I re-applying for a new serial number?
