      Hi Team,

      I am unable to connect to Costx 6.8 educational program.

      An error message comes up as follows,

      Unable to connect to the CostX database. Please ensure that this service is running and try again.
      Detailed error message:
      EPgSocketError: Error on data reading from the connection:
      An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
      Socket Error Code: 10054($2446)
      Would you like to restart in network mode?

      When I click on yes to connect to network mode, the following comes up with user name and password to which I do not have one?

      Please advise.
