      Hi,

      I am trying to install the education version 7.0 and having this error message “Setup was unable to create the database within the database cluster successfully. And can not connect to the server on host “127.0.0.1”.

      I have closed off all the firewall and exit anti-virus apps and tried all the steps you suggested in some of the previous discussions but still not working.

      What can I do to resolve this problem?
