      Hi

      I have a license that doesnt expire until 31st December 2021 however getting error message;

      “Activation failed: License cannot be re-activated, please contact your distributor. Serial Number: XXXX”

      Please advise what to do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and cleared old database.
