      Dear CostX Support Team,

      I am currently studying at Otago Polytechnic, where the campus computers use CostX version 7.2. Previously, I had CostX version 7.3 installed on my personal computer. However, due to version incompatibility, I have been unable to open or work with my CostX files across different devices. To resolve this, I uninstalled version 7.3 and intended to install version 7.2 on my system. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my CostX serial number, which is preventing me from activating version 7.2.

      Could please reactivating my previous serial number, or issuing a compatible license/serial number for CostX version 7.2.
