General Discussion access violation

      Hi,

      When clicking “add” to add a drawing, a pop-up window displays “Access violation at address xxxx in module ‘costX.exe’”. And I cannot open a single drawing. I tried to uninstalled but it didn’t work. Is there any solutions? Thanks

      I met a same problem, and i ever inputted the serial number into my two computers to activate license bofore prompted this, after that i tried to uninstalled costx on both computers, and only installed it on my laptop, but i got another new problem that i was told i can not re-activate my license…

      Hi Wern,  think you may can send the support team an email explaining the problem you met and the reason for request of re-activated the license.  Think they would help you to solve the issue. Hope it helps.!
