Activation & Licensing Educational License

      Hi there,

      I have come across an issue where I had to re-install Cost-X 6.8 due to re-formatting my computer.

      I found that after installing the program again, I was unable to activate the license number as it has already been activated and have since applied for a new license/serial number.

      May I please ask if my application could be reviewed and be provided with a new license number at your earliest convenience as I have an assessment deadline due and require access to my educational copy of Cost-X.
